-The fee covers a portion of the total cost of all the equipment necessary. The equipment remains the property of TheGEO.net. If it fails, we replace it. You'll not have to worry about getting the Internet working at your location. We take care of all that so you can get started off smoothly with our Internet service.

I have DSL with TheGEO.net, why do I have a bill from Qwest and TheGEO.net?

-A Qwest DSL circuit is still necessary for the line to your house and for other networking purposes.

Where can I get support for my Internet connection?

How many email addresses do I get when I sign up with TheGEO?

-You get up to 2 email addresses. To add additional emails, it is an additional $5 per month per email address.

How can I keep my children from viewing inappropriate content when they use the Internet?

TheGEO offers content filtering. $5/month for basic protection form unwanted content and $8/mont for customized protection.
